Strategic Leader For Global Mro Sourcing

Regal Rexnord is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to manage $150 million in spend and lead global sourcing initiatives focused on MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies. This hybrid, on-site role-based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI will drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and collaborate across supply chain, plant operations, and corporate teams to support enterprise-wide goals. The role plays a key part in standardizing processes, ensuring compliance, aligning supplier capabilities with customer needs, and partnering with finance to support expense reporting and sourcing functionality. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Indirect Sourcing.

Responsibilities :

• Support Regal Rexnords overall objectives, providing strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives for the global MRO category, across the enterprise.
• Work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment, Plant Management, Plant technicians, Maintenance personnel, corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, often dealing with internal and external leaders at higher organizational levels (VPs, Principals, CFOs).
• Leads the effort to achieve and maintain alignment in the value chain between the suppliers, and the end customer in all form, fit, function, price, service, and delivery requirements.
• Partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies and procedures, taking the necessary steps to assure compliance.
• Have a deep understanding of the global markets, inform BU leadership, controlling, etc., about market and supply trends.
• Translate regional / global procurement strategy into detailed category plans with a set of measurable global, regional, and local targets and facilitate procurement processes and policies for regional / global alignment.
• Lead quarterly business reviews of preferred providers.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions at facilities with cross functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and deployment priorities on cost saving initiatives.
• Work with all Regal Rexnord to create regional and global cost savings funnels that align with commercial strategies and financial targets.
• Drive spend analysis, including counter measures for projects that fall short of plan and makes decisions to remedy the issues to get the teams back on track to meet or exceed plan.
