What you’ll do
This role will primarily support the North American Industrial Adhesives (ACM) Marketing and Inside Sales Organization. This internship will be critical in many different support functions, covering both digital B2B marketing and in-field selling, as well as core communications to Henkel’s internal and external teams.
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will :
Assist
in planning and coordinating regional sales events, including site
logistics, collateral, invites, samples, and materials
Manage
branded merchandise and marketing assets, including purchase order
creation and inventory tracking
Support
the marketing team with financial administrative tasks and documentation
Contribute
to special projects in collaboration with the commercial team
Manage
internal and external communications, including template development,
contact list maintenance, and cataloging of historical communications
Gain
hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment with exposure to
both strategic and operational activities
What makes you a good fit
An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028, or 2029 pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications
Experience with social media platforms and content creation
Basic graphic design skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of digital marketing and media planning

This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or
relocation support.
Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th,
2026, and runs through mid-August.
Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August
2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
