Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and logistics.

Ensure accurate, on-time shipping / receiving with proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and quality checks.

Coordinate equipment / goods transfers between locations with accurate records.

Maintain organized inventory and adjust layouts as needed.

Inventory and Accuracy

Conduct cycle counts, audits, and manage returns / obsolete parts in RIMSS.

Work with Parts Manager to monitor stock, maintain accuracy, and report discrepancies or demand.

Team Leadership

Train, schedule, and supervise staff while enforcing SOPs and safety protocols.

Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-train in Parts Sales / Logistics to ensure coverage.

Lead team briefings and safety meetings.

Safety and Equipment

Oversee equipment use, inspection, and maintenance.

Ensure OSHA compliance and warehouse cleanliness.

Report and correct safety incidents.

Be able to lift 50lbs.

Collaboration and Improvement

Partner with Service, Manufacturing, Parts, and Sales to meet needs.

Support SOPs and process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
