Job Description
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documentsConduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securitiesManage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and bindersPrepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documentsCommunicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactionsMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local lawsQualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance, municipal bonds, or related regulatory workBachelors degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)Strong document drafting, research, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systemsExcellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skillsConfident, proactive, and detail-oriented approachWhy Youll Love Working Here
