Foreclosure Paralegal

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Paralegal to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion

Order title, obtain payoffs, and prepare necessary documents

Provide updates and timely responses to clients while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related foreclosure experience

Broad knowledge of real estate default services

Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus

Superior organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy workload

Independent worker who is deadline driven
