Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for clinical and medical positions

Assess and manage recruitment tools to enhance recruiting efficiency

Report and analyze funnel metrics to optimize the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

7+ years of work experience

3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment and / or operations

Operationally savvy with a focus on efficiency

Professionalism in communicating with highly-trained medical staff

Comfortable with data analysis and making data-informed decisions
