About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director to drive our Tax Digital Transformation and Innovation Product Management. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the product lifecycle of our proprietary technology solutions, which are essential for enhancing our tax practice and client service delivery. Your expertise in both tax and technology product development will be vital, as you will be responsible for launching and managing innovative products that elevate professional services.

You will define and execute our product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that it effectively meets the needs of our tax practice. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing product development activities, conducting thorough market analysis, managing stakeholders, and crafting deployment and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree or J.D. preferred. A minimum of 12 years’ experience in tax and / or technology product management is essential, with a preference for candidates well-versed in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation. Experience in process design, improvement, and serving in a product management role for enterprise-grade tax applications will be highly valued. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are a must, alongside the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively. Professional certifications such as CPA, JD, EA, PMP, or Certified Product Manager are preferred.
