Bankruptcy Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team and provide key support in creditors’ rights and litigation matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and values precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

Support attorneys in all phases of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and litigation cases

Draft, review, and manage bankruptcy filings, pleadings, and related legal documents

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines

Utilize technology and legal software to streamline workflows

Qualifications :

3+ years of paralegal experience , with a strong background in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and litigation

Proficiency with legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a BA with a paralegal certificate required

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
