A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to oversee financial performance and compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and track financial performance across all team projects, ensuring accuracy in billing and revenue recognition
Ensure compliance with contract terms for billing schedules and payment conditions
Act as the liaison between the team and Corporate Finance on financial matters, including reporting and process compliance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in financial administration, contract administration, or project accounting
Strong understanding of billing processes and contract compliance
Experience managing job costing and tracking project financials
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience in the foodservice equipment industry is a plus
