Job Overview :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for attracting top talent to FirstService Residential in partnership with our Human Resources team and internal stakeholders. Through full-cycle recruiting, campus recruiting initiatives, and building great relationships with hiring managers, you’ll promote a strategic hiring process aligned with organizational goals.

This hybrid position reports to our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan, New York.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies, including attending career fairs, hosting information sessions, and building relationships with university career centers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide support throughout the candidate experience.
• Draft and extend offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the company at campus events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote employer brand.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team as needed.

Compensation :

$ 70000 - $ 90000 / year
