Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting. This leave position is contracted and based in Elk River, MN. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic services to students, aiding in their physical development and school participation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions tailored for school-aged children.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ply with all school and regulatory requirements.
• Support student mobility and accessibility within the school environment.
