Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Rice Lake, WI, with occasional work in Hudson. The role focuses on interventional pain medicine, regenerative therapies, and minimally invasive spine procedures. The provider will conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and telemedicine visits, administer injections (training provided), and collaborate on treatment plans. They will educate patients about advanced therapies like PRP, BMAC, and spine procedures, support AI integration, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications include licensure in Wisconsin, ACLS certification, and preferred clinical experience. Strong communication skills and interest in regenerative medicine are desirable.
