We have an exciting opportunity for a
Facilities Manager (Floria based only)
supporting our financial client's 85 facilities. In this role, you will ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility. You will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Sr. Facilities Manager and / or the Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Here is some of your day :
Support Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals, projects, and annual management plans for assigned buildings
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity in collaboration with leadership and client teams
Manage work assignments and oversee service delivery for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies
Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgets while maintaining client satisfaction through responsive leadership and creative solutions
Develop and manage capital and expense budgets, including monthly operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reports in coordination with client representatives
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client record-keeping policies
Achieve Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the annual performance plan and client Performance Agreement objectives
Share innovations and best practices with JLL Facilities Management team and perform other duties as assigned
Here is who we are looking for :
Required
5+ years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
Strong leadership & management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Manage both technical and administrative staff
Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
Preferred
A bachelor's degree or higher
Pay
$86,000-102,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary
Schedule :
Monday - Friday day shift, with on-call 24 / 7 for emergency response
Estimated compensation for this position :
91,630.00 - 112,200.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
