Our accounting department is growing!

We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with our accounting department. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication / computer skills. Accounting knowledge / experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude, however, is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Heavy data entry
• Back-up receptionist duties
• Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
• Communicate with Vendors, Residents, and Managers in a professional manner

Qualifications

Clear communication skills

Desire to learn

Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently on assigned duties

Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
