Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We were founded by real firefighters, and our store is full of hard-working, fun-loving people with a genuine drive for success. We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs Restaurant. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Shift Leaders understand the importance of the customer experience and that they are the "Face" of Firehouse Subs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with integrity.
• Responsible for customer product and service standards.
• Foster an environment of teamwork.
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Execute quality store operations and clean the store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary.
• Operate food preparation machinery as required.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.
• Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Contribute to profitability by operating shifts within established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture, mission and vision.
• Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
• Ability to work on their feet for up to 10 hours at a time.
