Our Commercial Drivers play a key role in keeping Californias food systems running by moving honey bees and equipment safely and reliably throughout the state. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives outdoors, takes initiative, and understands the importance of teamwork, timing, and care in every load.

What Youll Do :

  • Transport bee hives and essential equipment to orchards, farms, and remote field locations
  • Operate commercial trucks and forklifts with accuracy and awareness
  • Follow field maps and placement plans to position hives efficiently and precisely
  • Log all movements and communicate status updates to dispatch or management
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and help maintain fleet readiness
  • Assist with general apiary or farm work when not driving
  • Interact with growers, landowners, and the public with professionalism and respect
  • Always follow DOT, safety, and Tauzer Apiaries standards

Were Looking for Someone Who :

  • Has a valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record
  • Can work non-traditional hoursnights, early mornings, weekendsespecially during pollination season
  • Is physically fit and ready to lift up to 50 lbs and handle long days on the move
  • Stays calm under pressure and adapts to changing conditions in the field
  • Knows their way around trucks, equipment, and common roadside repairs
  • Is comfortable working around bees and using protective gear when needed
