Employment Type : \nFull timeShift : \nDay Shift\n\nDescription : \nThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing oversight and management to the provision of service\ndelivery to participants. Provide skilled nursing care, prescribe treatments, and develop appropriate plans of care to\nparticipants according to professional nursing standards and primary care orders. This position will complete level of care assessment and skilled nursing visit.Posting\n\nPosition Purpose : \n\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with overseeing and managing service delivery to participants, offering skilled nursing care, prescribing treatments, and devising suitable care plans in accordance with professional nursing standards and primary care orders.\n\nWhat you will do : \n

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments.\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.\n
• Facilitate integration of new participants.\n
• Communicate and counsel participants and families.\n
• Complete participant nutritional assessments and reassessments as needed\n
• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team.\n
• Facilitate integration of new participants into the PACE program.\n
• Communicate, counsels and guides participants and families regarding service needs.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Degree program.\n
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland\n
• BSN preferred.\n
• Active CPR Certification required.\n
• Minimum two years of experience with geriatric population.\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n
• Ability to perform standard clinical procedures and demonstrate solid problem-solving skills.\n
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.\n
