Warehouse Inventory Associate

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? We are hiring a Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our inventory control team in Post Falls, ID. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with a great Monday-Friday schedule!

What You'll Do :

Perform daily inventory counts in both on-site and off-site warehouse locations
Physically count items ranging from small hardware to large frames
Meet daily count quotas with accuracy and attention to detail
Break down pallets and consolidate materials
Assist in warehouse safety reporting and contribute to team efficiency improvements
Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For :

High school diploma or GED

Strong math and counting skills; accuracy is a must!

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

Computer-literate; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Forklift experience is a plus (or ability to certify within 30 days)

Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
