Riley ABA & Autism Center is currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Supervisor at our center-based, early-intervention program located in Brookside near the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity with Riley ABA as this is the first time in seven years that they have publically posted a BCBA position at their organization.
Clinical Supervisor
Location : 2 E 59th Street, Kansas City, MO 64113
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Some flexibility required)
Compensation : $30–$42 / hour ($62,400–$87,360 annually)
Reports To : Chief Clinical & Operations Officer, Chief Executive Officer
Direct Support : Lead RBT
Engages With : RBTs, Clients, Caregivers, Colleagues, Outside Providers, Operations Team

Role Purpose
- The Clinical Supervisor oversees individualized ABA programs for children diagnosed with autism. This role ensures the highest clinical quality, supports families and staff, and fosters an ethical, professional culture rooted in respect and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Program DesignConduct skills acquisition, functional behavior, and preference assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans, teaching protocols, and behaviorintervention plans.Design and oversee data collection systems to inform treatment decisions.Supervision & Staff Training
Provide direct supervision to RBTs, ensuring compliance with BACB standards.Deliver supervision for fieldwork experience as needed.Conduct Behavioral Skills Training and competency assessments.Lead team trainings and clinical meetings to promote growth and excellence.Client & Family Support
Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.Track client progress and adapt programming accordingly.Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and IEPs as appropriate.Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure accurate, timely documentation in line with BACB, organizational, andpayer standards (session notes, treatment plans, incident reports).Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.Dedicate 65–75% of authorized client time to billable services each week.General Practice Requirements
Maintain professional, collaborative communication across teams.Provide direct therapy services as needed to support caseload demands and team success.Role Specification
Essential Qualifications :
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.BCBA certification (BACB).Active Missouri state BCBA license.Desirable Qualifications :
Kansas state licensure.
Experience supervising fieldwork candidates.
Experience :
3–5 years of experience with clients ages 18 months–6 years in a clinic setting.Supervisory and competency exam experience.Skills & Competencies :
