Job descriptionTeam : 2 part-time Gastroenterologists, 1 full-time Internal Medicine physician, 5 full-time APPs, 2 part-time PRN APPs Procedures Required : ERCP (4-5 / week), EGD, colonoscopy; EUS encouraged but not mandatory Onsite Facilities : Endoscopy lab, nearby Cath lab, trained NP interpreting Fibroscan results Environment : Collaborative workspace, mentorship opportunities with 6 NPs Onsite Amenities : Free nutritionist support, onsite scheduling Salary : $750k - $785k+ (base, productivity, quality, service performance) Benefits : Medical, dental, vision insurance (PPO or HSA), employer-paid life and disability insurance, FSA, 35 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, $5,000 CME reimbursement, $2,500 for licensure and DEA, $800 Lifestyle Spending Account, 401K with 4% match, employee discounts, wellness program with $250 incentive, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 / year, MyTeleCare telemedicine services. Clinic Details :
- Facilities : 18 exam rooms, each with bed, computer, and educational screens
- Patient Volume : 18 patients daily; new appointments (30 mins), follow-ups (20 mins)
- Hours : 4 day workweek available
