Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented Social Content Designer / Editor to help shape social storytelling for our premier beauty client. This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL with flexible part-time hours of approximately 25-40 hrs / week . This role will design, capture, and edit compelling social-first content that engages our community and brings the brand to life across platforms.

Working at the intersection of design, content creation, and social strategy, you'll collaborate closely with the social and creative teams to develop high-performing visuals and videos optimized for social media. The ideal candidate is fluent in internet culture, up to speed on emerging trends, and skilled at transforming creative ideas into scroll-stopping social content.

What You'll Do

• Design social-first templates and assets for Instagram (Stories, Reels, in-feed, etc.)
• Capture and edit photo and video content optimized for social platforms
• Deliver high-quality, narrative-driven video edits that reflect the client's tone and aesthetic
• Collaborate with the social and creative teams to concept, storyboard, and refine content ideas
• Experiment with emerging trends, motion design, and animation to keep content fresh and relevant
