Industrial Engineer

A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing operations and driving measurable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed process analysis within manufacturing environments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Evaluate production workflows and identify bottlenecks impacting throughput and operational performance

Implement process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and operational consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Experience working in manufacturing environments focused on process improvement and operational optimization

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate production systems and identify efficiency gains

Experience conducting time studies, workflow analysis, or production line optimization

Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
