We are seeking an Academic / Faculty / Research Physician to join our Hospitalist team in Rockland County, expanding operations beyond New York City. The position involves managing patient care during day and night shifts with a focus on providing high-quality medical services in a collaborative environment. Candidates must be trained in IM, FP, or Med / Ped with a preference for procedural skills and will benefit from competitive compensation and generous vacation time.

Join a Hospitalist team expanding outside New York City in Rockland County. You will be part of an established physician-driven management group with hospitalist and ER contracts.

DAYS :

Shifts are 8 am - 8 pm (2 hospitalists on during the day)

7x7 block schedule

NIGHTS :

Shifts are 8pm-8am (with midlevel support)

Nocturnists = 10-12 admissions per night

midlevels take house call

BOTH :

IM, FP, or Med / Ped training

Ability to perform procedures is preferred but required

Open ICU; full subspecialty support

Codes and Rapid Responses

EPIC is the EMR

Hourly rate based on experience plus incentive bonus

1 week paid CME + allowance

Vacation - 2 weeks to start. 3 weeks after 2 nd year of employment

Occurrence malpractice policy paid by company
