The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to define the core experience of Bizee’s Entrepreneur Operating System. This is a founding design role responsible for establishing our design standards, shaping the first end-to-end product flows, and crafting the AI-powered interactions that sit at the heart of our platform.

You’ll partner directly with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate complex workflows, rules engines, compliance steps, and AI assistance into experiences that feel clear, confident, intuitive, and fast. Your work will set the UX blueprint for all future squads and ensure that Bizee’s platform feels like one seamless, intelligent system, not a collection of tools.

This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker with exceptional interaction design, product intuition, and a deep understanding of human-centered, AI-enabled experiences.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Define Bizee’s design foundation interaction patterns, UI standards, design systems, and the UX principles that guide every squad.
• Design the first end-to-end platform flows across onboarding, Company Profile, business management, workflows, and service activation.
• Shape Bizee’s AI UX layer, designing assistive and generative interactions that help entrepreneurs move from intention to action with clarity and trust.
• Translate complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences rules engines, automation triggers, document workflows, compliance requirements, and multi-step tasks.
• Own the customer journey experience and ensure consistency across acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term value realization.
• Partner tightly with Engineering and Product to ship fast, refine relentlessly, and build usable, scalable experiences.
• Establish a culture of design excellence, including rapid prototyping, user insights, usability testing, and iterative development.
• Collaborate with Brand & Content to ensure storytelling, voice, and experience harmonize into one unified product identity.

Core experiences feel intuitive, AI interactions are trustworthy and useful, and entrepreneurs move through the platform with clarity and confidence. Product squads ship faster with less rework, the customer experience feels cohesive across surfaces, and you’ve become the design leader shaping how the Entrepreneur OS comes to life.
