Registered Nurse, Infusion Therapy

If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.\n\nProvide exceptional patient care by administering infusion therapy treatments with precision and compassion.\nCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.\nEducate patients and their families on the purpose, process, and potential side effects of infusion therapy.\nMonitor and assess patients' response to treatment, recognizing and reporting any changes or adverse reactions.\nAdminister medications and other treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.\nMaintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.\nEnsure compliance with infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.\nAssist in the management of inventory and supplies for the infusion therapy unit.\nProvide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.\nStay current on advancements and best practices in infusion therapy by attending training and continuing education opportunities.\nAdhere to Baptist Health South Florida's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.\nUphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining accreditation standards.\nDemonstrate a positive and professional attitude, representing Baptist Health South Florida with integrity and empathy.\n\nBaptist Health South Florida is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
