Job Summary :

As a Closing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and operational readiness of our business at the end of each day. You will work as part of a dedicated team focused on closing down operations and preparing for the next business day. This position emphasizes independent task management and operational efficiency, with no direct interaction with guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Nightly Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance checks and necessary cleaning on all equipment to maintain optimal functionality.

Sanitization : Sanitize all equipment and surfaces to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Operational Station Preparation : Set up and prepare all operational stations for a smooth start to the next business day.

Stocking and Organizing : Stock, rotate, and organize supplies to ensure operational readiness for the team.

Dish Cleaning and Organization : Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and organized for the next day’s operations.

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a small team.

Time management skills to complete tasks within designated shift hours.

Previous experience in a cleaning or operational role is preferred but not required.

Schedule Options :

3 nights a week (12-15 hours)

6 nights a week (24-30 hours)
