Cardiac Stepdown RN Job Details Location : Cleveland, OH 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Cardiac Stepdown Unit Employment Type : Travel Nursing Contract Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 5 / 2025 - End : 3 / 6 / 2026) Nursing Shift : Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (7 : 00pm - 7 : 30am) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2250 - $2310 On-Site Position Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown or Neuro Stepdown RN experience (travel nursing experience accepted) Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required Active AHA BLS & ACLS certifications Active NIH Stroke Certification One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac and neuro patients in the stepdown unit Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as prescribed Accurately document patient care and progress Participate in orientation assessments and ongoing professional development Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Experience Cleveland's thriving arts scene, culinary delights, and scenic parks while advancing your nursing career in a supportive hospital setting.
