Production Operator
Location : Faribault, MN 55021
Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5 : 45 AM – 2 : 15 PM
Pay : $21.00 per hour
Position Overview
This position involves assisting in the production process of high-quality materials using advanced automated equipment. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy and detail, and thrive in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated equipment for material handling (no manual lifting required).
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Use computer systems, HMI controls, and software to run machinery.
- Conduct measurements using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- Perform soldering and assist in product testing.
- Troubleshoot and respond quickly to minimize downtime.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
