CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Vice President of Professional Services for APJ, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike Services team offers opportunities to lead and scale regional operations while delivering critical security services to organizations across the region. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in expanding our APJ presence and delivering world-class professional services to our growing customer base.
This position is based remotely in Australia or Japan.

What You'll Do :
Lead and scale Professional Services operations across APJDevelop and execute strategic revenue growth plans aligned with regional market opportunitiesBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with Law Firms and Insurance providers, regulators, policy institutions and other industry stakeholders influencing cyber security technologies, requirements and strategies.Design and launch new service offerings tailored to APJ market needsLead multiple teams of technical professionals across incident response, consulting, and implementation servicesPartner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to build and execute regional growth strategiesDrive thought leadership initiatives through public speaking and industry engagementCreate and maintain a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvementDevelop and execute business cases for regional investment and expansionOversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offeringsWhat You'll Need :
Extensive experience leading revenue growth for professional services organizations in APJ regionsProven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countriesStrong understanding of APJ market dynamics and business practicesDemonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnershipsExperience overseeing incident response, consulting, and technology implementation projectsTrack record of successful business case development and executionStrong public speaking and thought leadership capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain cross-functional relationshipsExperience in developing and launching new service offeringsStrong business acumen and financial management skillsExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)Ability to travel locally in region as well as internationally (e.g. to the United States)Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike :
