About The Position

Job Title : RN-Cath Lab-Days

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Inpatient Nursing

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM

Experience : 1 year ICU / CCU / ER or previous Cath Lab / EP Lab experience preferred

License : RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

Certifications :

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent required within 180 days

BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent required

Must-Have :

Cath Lab experience of 2 years preferred

Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English

Description :

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.

Builds a culture of trust and engagement reflected in trust index surveys at a direct report and workgroup level.

Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement.

Performs all duties in a manner that reflects core values.

Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians.

Assures their involvement in developing systems to ensure quality patient care.

Delivers care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
