Robert Half is partnering with a leading risk management and compliance organization to source contract attorneys for a short-term project starting next week!

This two-week, fully remote assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with an international legal team on a high-volume contract review initiative. Candidates may be licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction, but must be located on the East Coast to ensure alignment with a Sweden-based project lead.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, and amendments.
• Identify and interpret key terms such as pricing structures, renewal obligations, and risk provisions.
• Organize and structure data using Excel to support corporate initiatives.
• Work closely with the project lead to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
