Approximately 5-10 patients per day

All ages, excluding neonates

Department and Procedures :

• Department Description

Tertiary care community hospital; no trauma cases

• Special Procedures

Comfort required with cystoscopy, urethral dilations, bladder / ureteral repairs, scrotal explorations, and I&Ds

Qualifications :

• Board Certification

Required

• State License

Required unless IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) eligible

• DEA Registration

Required

• CSR Registration

Required

• Certifications Required

ACLS, BLS

Additional Information :

• Support Staff

Normal nursing and tech staff available

• Credentialing Timeframe
