Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow the engineering department for a cutting-edge microreactor project . This role will oversee the full lifecycle of design and development, moving from preconceptual into preliminary design, and eventually through execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers supporting microreactor design and development.
- Oversee engineering programs, ensuring technical quality and project progress.
- Perform analysis and technical review work as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including DOE, throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
