We design, build, and deliver experiences for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. We are looking for a Facilities / Office Manager to join the team! As the Facilities / Office Manager with Aardvark Studios, you will oversee the daily operations of our headquarters and warehouses, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe environment that supports both creative and operational teams. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing administrative precision with a can-do attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

What makes you the ideal candidate :

  • 5+ years of experience in office or facilities management, preferably in a production, manufacturing, or creative studio environment.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be hands-on as needed
  • Proven track record of maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of office and warehouse areas.
  • Manage facility vendors (cleaning, waste removal, security, landscaping, HVAC, etc.).
  • Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
  • Manage and track key systems—HVAC, utilities, security systems, fire suppression, etc.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including opening, amenities, supplies, mail, and office equipment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Support leadership with office logistics, meeting setup, and company event coordination.
  • Maintain safety records.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure employees follow office safety procedures.
  • Lead periodic safety audits and emergency drills.
