  • Provide high-quality nursing care and promote resident wellness, safety, and comfort.\n
  • Lead and support care staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with policies and regulations.\n
  • Conduct resident assessments and help develop or update care plans.\n
  • Administer medications, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families.\n
  • Respond promptly to medical needs, emergencies, or changes in residents conditions.\n
  • Educate residents and families on health, wellness, and care procedures.\n
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with state and community standards.\n
  • Participate in training, staff development, and performance feedback for care team members.\n
  • Ensure infection control and safety procedures are consistently followed.\n
  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Director and other team members to support overall community health goals.\n\nWhat Youll Need : \n
  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania, in good standing\n
  • CPR / First Aid certification (must be maintained)\n
  • 1+ years in assisted living or other related health care, preferred\n
  • 3+ years of geriatric experience, preferred\n
  • Strong communication and organizational skills\n
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and support staff with a calm, solutions-focused approach\n
