The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including administrative tasks, staff management, and scheduling. The role involves ensuring excellent patient service, managing financial records, coordinating with dental professionals, and facilitating compliance with office procedures and policies. The Dental Office Manager will also collaborate with the team to optimize practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Knowledge of dental care processes and procedures
• Proficiency in office management systems and scheduling software (Open dental preferred)
• Team leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in dental office management is required.
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Knowledge in patient financing / payment plans.
• Experience in treatment presentation and sales.
