The Role

As our Bookkeeper / Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our operation, working together with our other bookkeeper and maintaining all aspects of our accounting processes. What You'll Do

Your days will be filled with engaging challenges, including :

• Managing all aspects of our financial operations using QuickBooks.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable with meticulous attention to detail.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Processing payroll and maintaining employee benefits records.|
• Generating monthly sales tax reports.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
