Purpose of Role : Product management of a £1 Billion global portfolio of market leading slurry pumps, including directing new product development needs, product lifecycle management, global marketing strategy & overall commercial strategy for the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Focus Area : Co-ordinate all mill circuit & centrifugal pump product development and product portfolio planning and lead NPI and commercialization processes

Focus Area : Practice a robust product lifecycle management discipline to maintain a commercially successfully product range

Focus Area : Develop and implement, in conjunction with regional Marketing Managers, centrifugal pump product plans and activities to increase sales and market share of the full pump product portfolio.

Focus Area : Coordinate global product advertising, support and promotional activities (including internet website) in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Manager

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 8 years leading an industrial product line through the entire Product Management cycle.
• Bachelor's degree and combination of work experiences to demonstrate similar capability
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
• 20% International Travel expected.
