A company is looking for a Financial Counselor (Fertility).
Key Responsibilities
Provide patients and healthcare providers with treatment estimates
Collect estimated liabilities from patients and manage payment applications
Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in fertility or healthcare
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic medical records
Flexible availability, including potential weekend and holiday work
