Overview

Strategic Partnerships Manager – Fintech SaaS at interface.ai. interface.ai is the industry’s-leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, offering an integrated AI platform with voice, chat, and employee-assisting solutions powered by proprietary Generative AI. We serve over 100 financial institutions, with a mission to transform the banking experience through hyper-personalized, secure, and seamless interactions while improving operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.

interface.ai offers pre-trained, domain-specific AI solutions that are easy to integrate, scale, and manage, in-branch and online.

As a Senior Strategic Partner, you will own and drive revenue through strategic partner channels, including fintech integrations, resell partnerships, and co-sell motions. You will work closely with fintechs, digital banking vendors, core providers, and payments platforms to position interface.ai as a preferred AI partner across the banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue through co-sell and reseller partnerships with fintech and digital banking partners.
  • Identify, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies with channel partners focused on payments, bill pay, onboarding, and other fintech use cases.
  • Activate and scale new partnership programs with key fintech players (e.g., RePay, Jack Henry iPay, PayCenter) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its strategic partners, leading sales enablement efforts such as playbooks, demos, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal attribution, and co-selling strategy.
  • Represent interface.ai at banking conferences and industry events (e.g., ICBA, CUNA) to drive awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Maintain and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into deal progression and ROI.
  • Contribute to partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or fintech partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in generating revenue through channel partnerships and meeting quota targets in high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem, credit unions, digital banking platforms, and core banking systems.
  • Experience launching and managing co-sell and reseller programs with measurable results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTM alignment.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
  • Compensation

    Total On Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to be between $190,000–$240,000 . Exact compensation may vary depending on experience and location.
