As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated aerospace and defense locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and / or exiting the premises, in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain security-related protocols.

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by answering questions and assisting with directions or site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or lockdowns, as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
