Sr. Business And Financial Operations Specialist

OMNI is seeking an experienced Acquisition Analyst to provide strategic support and analytics for Command-level acquisition activities at El Segundo, CA. This role will focus on cost, schedule, performance, budget, and programmatic support to assist with Command policy, guidance, planning, and execution. The analyst will ensure compliance with federal acquisition directives and provide actionable insights to senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing strategic acquisition support across cost, schedule, performance, budget, and programmatic functions.
• Developing, reviewing, and refining planning documents including Acquisition Strategies, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and contractual requirements related to cost, Earned Value Management (EVM), and budget compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable directives and guidance such as : OMB Circular A-11, DAFMAN 65-605, Financial Management Regulations (FMR), FAR and DFARS, DoDI 5000 Series, AFI 63-101 / 20-101, SMCI 63-107, GAO, OSD, Air Force, and SSC applicable guides.
• Conducting detailed analyses and documenting findings in deliverables (e.g., SDRL A004, B004).
• Collaborating with program offices and stakeholders to align acquisition strategies with mission requirements.
