This position is located in Quantico, VA (Part-time / As needed).

Role Player - takes on a variety of roles in various situations that assist students in creating a realistic environment that they would encounter in the field. Roles may include civilians, police, bank robbers, crime victims, witnesses, media, professionals, etc. Scenarios include real life situations including key-leader engagements, meet and greets, etc. Role players play a vital role in preparing the students for their success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Appropriate attire and appearance (e.g., groomed) to realistically portray assigned role(s)
• Remain in attire and in character for the duration of training exercises
• Actively improvise to meet demands of training requirements
• Report at least 30 minutes prior to each scheduled start time
• Remain professional while performing assigned role(s)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Walking and standing for an extended period of time, sprinting / running, lifting and carrying objects with varying weight, stopping and bending, squatting, reaching, put on knees on the ground, handcuffed, etc.
