California Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Support Cloud commercial transactions, ensuring legal coverage during high transaction volume

Provide direct deal support to business and sales teams, including contract negotiation and closing

Manage risk associated with Cloud services contracts and assist in revenue push initiatives

Required Qualifications

Licensed attorney with experience in technology transactions

Mid-level counsel capable of independently supporting complex commercial transactions

Experience with U.S. sales deal support, including contract negotiation and triage

Strong understanding of Cloud services contracts and risk management

Availability to start by November 3, 2025, and cover through May 2026
