Our front-line workers are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our manufacturing and distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Shift : Thursday - Saturday 6 : 00am - 6 : 30pm (12-hour shifts with scheduled breaks; ability to work overtime Monday - Wednesday when needed is a plus) Pay : $23 / hr.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors, ensuring accurate tallies and order quantities
• Read and understand pick lists and paperwork
• Use a handheld RF scanner to pick and confirm orders accurately
• Walk and stand for most of a 12-hour shift while moving between pick locations
• Lift, push, and pull material bundles that typically weigh 10-20 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Stack and organize moulding and lumber in racks or staging areas to maintain safe, efficient picking lanes.
• Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric tugger and trailer
• Clean and tidy the work area as required
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Product binning and put away as needed
