As an AI Enablement Associate within Risk Management and Compliance you will help oversee governance and adoption of artificial intelligence tools across Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C). In this role you will oversee governance of high-priority use cases deliver insights on business impact and support the operational rollout of AI training and resources for employees. You will work closely with business technology and data teams to facilitate AI solutions that deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to promote AI adoption and innovation.
• Track benefits monitor AI initiative impact and report progress to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain digital resources training materials and best practices related to AI tools.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance enablement activities.
• Prepare and coordinate high-quality presentations and reports to communicate AI strategy to executive stakeholders for both routine and ad hoc requests.
• Support governance and oversight of the RM&C AI portfolio to align initiatives with business goals.
• Partner with data science technology and business teams to identify scope and advance AI initiatives.
