Lead HVAC Installer | $30.00 to $40.00+ per hour

Hiring BONUS up to $3,000, based on experience

    • Position : HVAC Lead Installer

    Pay : $30.00 to $40.00+ an hour based on experience

    Work Schedule : Monday Through Friday with some weekends and evenings

    What you will be doing :

  • Residential Retrofit / Changeout installation
  • Some light commercial Retrofit / Changeouts
  • Leading install jobs
  • Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of : Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
  • Duct work
  • Gas pipe
  • Refrigerant lines

    • Qualifications :

  • 3 + years' experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
  • Start to finish of residential retrofit / changeout installations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members
  • Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
  • Complete jobs on tight timeframes
  • EPA Certified Required
  • NATE Certified or acquire once employed
