Area Coach
You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
The Area Coach provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately four to ten Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.
The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess :
- Five years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
- Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team building capability.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
- Background checks are run on all management employees.
