Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from last 4 years.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in hospital medsurg units.

EMR : Meditech

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend required

Holidays : Required

Scrub Color : White tops, hunter green pants

Floating : occasionally

Floor specific orientation : 3 shifts

Common diagnosis / Types of patients : CHF, COPD, ESRD, Pneumonia, Renal Failure, Sickle Cell Crisis, Orthopedic surgery, Bariatric Surgery, AMS, Sepsis

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
