POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Manager - Staffing Services, your roles and responsibilities will include :

  • Drive new business development within the US IT staffing space through outbound efforts and client relationship management
  • Generate at least $500K annually in gross margins through new and existing clients
  • Leverage your portfolio to bring new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of direct customers in the IT staffing industry
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, procurement leads, and client executives
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Business Development Manager - Staffing Services who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Business Development Manager - Staffing Services would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following :

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and hiring practices in the US market
  • Experience working with Direct Clients.
  • Proven track record of $500K+ gross margin generation annually
  • Must possess an existing client portfolio with the ability to bring immediate business
  • Ability to secure new business within the first 90 days of employment
